Purchasing goods through our store is simple with PayPal. You do not need any special accounts or membership, and the whole process can take less than five minutes.
On this page I'll answer some of the concerns people have about buying online and I'll show you just how secure and straightforward our online store is.

Firstly lets tackle the biggest concern you may have, security. We have chosen PayPal to support our shop because they provide the security and eCommerce for literally hundreds of thousands of online transactions every day and they can offer you financial security without having to become a member or pay high surcharges which is the case with many other online banks. Delivery and returns
Delivery is free within the mainland United Kingdom which represents great value for customers. Please bear this in mind when comparing our prices. Fitting
Fitting is NOT included for products on this website unless clearly stated and the prices reflect this. Fitting instructions are included with the products. If you are ordering several products at once or one of our van multi-packs and would prefer to have fitting included, we may be able to arrange this through one of our professional mobile contract teams for a small additional charge. Please contact us for availability and further details.
Credit and debit cards
Cash and cheques are insecure through the post and would add significantly to our admin costs. This would push up prices to high street levels which defeats the object of the website - quality accessories with great discounts. Using a credit or debit card payment online is the simplest and quickest method ensuring that you get your goods at a great price and delivered as soon as possible.
Email address - transaction receipt
Your email is required in order for us to send you a receipt immediately after your transaction is completed through Paypal. It also provides us with a point of contact in case we are out of stock or need to chase up some details of your order(s).
Contracts and bulk orders - supply or supply and fit
If you would like to talk to us about a regular contract for ply lining, roof bars or other accessories, we would be glad to do this through normal channels. We contract ply lining and accessories to a growing number of national companies and have weekly runs across the country for supply and fit.

30 day trade accounts
These are NOT available through this website store because we are offering exceptional trade prices and the 30 days would cause too much administration and cost. However, if you would like a contract account delivered through normal channels please contact us directly to discuss your needs.
How to make a purchase
It's easy. Select a product group from the left hand menu on any page, for example, Roof Bars. On the next screen use the simple selection panel to choose the manufacturer, model of van and any other specific details for the product. Hit the 'Go' button and you will see a summary of the product you have selected. Click the 'Add To Basket' button. You can now continue shopping or 'Check Out'. At 'Check Out', follow the onscreen instructions for your card details and billing address
and when you are sure everything is complete, confirm payment. That's about it. You will be sent a confirmation email once payment is completed and orders are normally dispatched within 72 hours.... next day if we have them in stock.
