Delivery
Delivery in the UK will normally be within 5 working days and no more than 28 days. In practice, delivery is often next day by post or courier for orders received before 12 noon the previous day. Please note that this is subject to stock being available - items like ply lining are readily available for popular models such as the Renault Traffic but will be 'made to order' for more obscure vans.
International orders including Ireland and the Scottish/Channel islands will take a little longer in transit, often a week.
During industrial action (by the Post Office for example), please bear with us. We will endeavour to dispatch goods as early as possible and through alternate methods such as independent couriers (at no extra cost to you).
No Hidden Charges!
Delivery within the mainland United Kingdom is free on all items including packing materials and order processing. VAT is also included in our price quote system so there are NO hidden extras which some online stores add at checkout. This represents great value for our customers.

Note: For the additional special deliveries detailed above, please contact us and we will create an ammended Paypal Invoice for you.
For deliveries outside the UK inclluding the Channel Islands please contact us as shipping charges vary from country to country.
If we have any problems with your order we will endeavour to contact you so please make sure that you provide us with an email address and telephone number.
Receipt of Goods - signature required
It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that someone is present at the delivery address to 'Sign' for receipt of goods in good condition. This is very important because the courier will NOT leave goods at unattended locations and you may be CHARGED for a return visit the next day.
