All of our products go through a quality check prior to packaging and delivery for your benefit. We also take steps to filter out couriers who do not employ the same standards as we do.

** ATTENTION **

It is YOUR responsibility to CHECK all goods for quantity and damage before signing the carriers ticket. NO CLAIM for loss or damage will be accepted by Gear4Vans once the ticket has been signed under the text RECEIVED IN GOOD CONDITION, however you may be able to take up a claim with the carrier themselves in some circumstances if you believe that they have been negligent.

Damaged Goods Received from Carrier
In the event you discover damaged goods, in the presence of the carrier you can accept the goods but MUST sign DAMAGED ON RECEIPT on the ticket. Damages should be reported to Gear4Vans within 24 hours of receipt. In these circumstances we will endeavour to send out a replacement product a.s.a.p. You can contact us here >>>

Returns - Other Than Damaged Goods on Receipt
All returns (other than damaged goods on receipt from the carrier) must be in good condition. Goods will not be accepted in part or damaged condition or without the oiginal packaging. All delivery costs and insurance for goods returned must be paid for by the customer. These may be refunded if the goods were defective on receipt, damaged on receipt or part of an order sent out by Gear4Vans in error.

** ATTENTION **

We DO NOT ACCEPT returns on the basis that you (discover on receipt you) cannot fit the kit, either because you do not have the correct tools, the skill or the experience required to carry out the work yourself. Our products are intended for QUALIFIED TRADESMEN who have the basic skills required such as marking holes and drilling into metal. Refunds - Defective Goods

Our products are manufactured to the highest standards. In the unlikely event of a product which is found to be defective, please contact Gear4Vans with details of the failure within 24 hours of receipt. Goods returned within 14 days will receive a full refund or replacement product.

Cancellation of Order
Gear4Vans must be informed as soon as possible if you decide to cancel your order having already confirmed it and paid through our eCommerce store. A deduction may be made from the refund to cover process, packing and delivery (if the goods have been shipped prior to your notifiying us of a cancellation). Deposits charged for 'Special Orders' are none refundable in the event of an order cancellation by the customer. You can contact us here >>>

Wrong Item Ordered by Customer
The purchase process on our website will present you with a clear confirmation of your order before you proceed to checkout. It is your responsibility to check this information and by confirming that you wish to proceed with the order, the transaction is legally completed. However, if on receipt of goods you discover that you have ordered the wrong fitting for your van, we will endeavour to exchange the goods for the correct item. There will be a charge for repacking and the return courier.

We do not accept returned goods for a cash refund in these circumstances. The return policy is exchange only.
